I design & draw your home plans myself, instead of farming it out to a 3rd party. I was a builder and I have worn the tool belt, so there's no missed communication. I get it.
I model in 3D and provide you with 3D images of your project to help you visualize the design clearly.
I model & draft your project virtually as it would get built literally, instead of drawing lines that represents the structure, so I make sure the building works right. This results is no guess work in the field and with no guess work, you get a better building price and construction time frames are reduced. I can also provide you with an exact takeoff of the materials to be used, which makes for accurate bidding from your suppliers and subcontractors.
