I design & draw your home plans myself, instead of farming it out to a 3rd party. Decades of experience as a design-build contractor insures that there are no missed communications. In other words, I have worn the tool belt, so I get it.

I draw your house plans virtually as your home would be built, instead of drawing lines that represents the structure, so I make sure the building works right. This results is no guess work in the field and with no guess work, you get a better building price and construction time frames are reduced.

Here's the big difference. By designing and drawing in 3D, I'm able to communicate ideas, details and vital construction information much more clearly and provide you with detailed images of your project to help you see and feel the design clearly.
