I specialize in creating innovative, functional, and beautiful designs that reflect each client’s unique style and vision. Whether your home is simple or luxurious, I deliver thoughtful designs that exceed expectations — backed by the experience to handle even the most complex projects.

Thoughtfully designed home additions that blend seamlessly with your existing home. From expanded living spaces and primary suites to second-story additions, I combine practical construction experience with advanced 3D modeling to help you visualize your project before construction begins.

Thinking about adding an in-law suite, backyard cottage, or apartment above your garage?

Dave Alan Home Design provides custom ADU design and drafting services in Rochester, Minnesota.

I use advanced 3D design & drafting software that lets you walk through your home before construction even begins. Along with detailed construction documents, this interactive model helps you visualize spaces, make decisions faster, avoid surprises, and save both time and money.
